14-day refund. If ProEV Dashcam Pro doesn't work with your dashcam, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price. Please tell us your car model and, if possible, send the diagnostic log from the app (Account → Send diagnostic log) — often we can fix the problem instead.
After a refund the license is deactivated.
